Grilled Romaine Salad with an Orange Vinaigrette and Summer Fruits

Clams, Shrimp, Mussels, Whole Lobsters

This will also include Red Potatoes, Local Corn on the Cob, Sausage

All of the appropriate condiments will also be included


Steamed Crabs $75-85/Dozen

I usually figure 2-3 crabs/person, but let me know if you think your guests will eat more

Assorted Desserts including Cheesecake Pops, Brownie Bites, Lemon Squares, Cookies

 Chef & Server Fee $350

This includes beautiful, disposable plate ware, flat ware, real glasses and all items needed to cook and serve

(Grill provided by client)


The guest amounts can be adjusted up to 4 days before the event
