I love the menu you chose and we are excited to serve you. Let me know what you think of the following information. I love to have the Charcuterie Board ready when we get there to give you something to nibble on while we set up, and we always finish with some sweet bites.

Mini chorizo tacos with charred street corn and spicy mayo

Asian Chicken Skewers

Seared Sea Scallops with fresh lemon and thyme

served over a Caesar salad with house made croutons


ENTREE

Roasted Tenderloin of Beef with Bordelaise Sauce

with trio roasted potatoes and seared garlic green beans

+$350 Private Chef Fee

real dinner ware, serving ware, cook ware, glass ware

Key Lime Martini with a graham cracker rim

Pineapple Vodka Cocktail. layered, refreshing and garnished with grilled pineapple

St. Germain Vodka Tonic with fresh mint

Pimm's Cup with fresh mint & cucumber

 Vodka Espresso with dark chocolate & coffee beans


Choose 1-2 for before dinner to enjoy with appetizers

Maybe a nice red wine with dinner and the Vodka Espresso to finish off the evening
