I love to start with the Charcuterie Board to give you something to snack on while we get situated. I left some options for your to choose from for the appetizers, I recommend 1-2, and the salad. We had discussed the Rockfish for the entree. I will bring some fun stuff for the kids as well. I always include some infused water and some sweet bites to finish off the evening. The pricing will be about $125/guest (+/- depending on your selections) with a $350 personal chef charge which includes everything needed for the event (I supply everything, cookware, real plate ware, real flatware and any other supplies needed).
We also offer wine, beer and/or specialty cocktail pairings if you are interested.
