Cooking Classes Sample Menus
Our most popular classes are regional cuisine. They cover preparation techniques as well as dish & recipe history. For an immersive experience, they can be paired with carefully selected beverage packages which can include regional wines, coffee, tea and other specialty cocktails.
All of our cooking classes come with appropriate sides to enjoy a full dining experience as well as the dish we are demonstrating.

Sushi Rolling, We will demonstrate 2-3 types of sushi, served with traditional Japanese soup & salad
Spanish (Valencia Region)
Paella, together we will build this traditional Spanish delight, served with a few tapas.

Courses run from $100-$125/person. This includes one of our very experienced chefs and everything needed to enjoy the evening
Most of our offerings would be great with a wine/beer/drink package to make the experience more authentic.
