Thank you for considering Beach House Pantry for your Mom's special day.

It was a pleasure speaking with you. Let me know what you think of the following and please make any suggestions you would like. My idea is to have a grazing board ready upon arrival to give you guys something to munch on while we get set up and during the interactive part of the evening. Then we can have a chef's station as well as 2-3 interactive stations for you and your guests. We will have dessert ready for you but will also do a demo of the preparation. We are estimating about 90 minutes for the interactive portion of the evening. Once we are finished with the course, you can enjoy your meal while we continue to wait on you and clean up.

Interactive Course

Together we will make Jumbo Shrimp and Sea Scallop Risotto

This will be served with a Seasonal Salad and Roasted Veggies

We will finish the evening with Chocolate Mousse
