Here are some menu ideas for you to review, let me know what you think. I love to start with the grazing board to give you something to enjoy while we get set up. I always include infused water and some sweet bites to finish the meal. The price will be about $115/guest (+/- depending on final choices)

 

Summer Grazing Board with cured meats, local and artisanal cheeses, spiced nuts, marinated vegetables, seasonal fruit, dips, breads, crackers and anything else we can fit on the board

Grilled Ribeye Steaks, Marinated, Seasoned and done to your temp preference

Served with Warm Potato Salad & Roasted Asparagus


Grilled Garlic Mustard Swordfish Steaks

Served with A Seasoned Rice & Quinoa Blend and Brussels Sprouts
